Our cooperative is involved in the buying and selling of goods and services, both locally and internationally, with a focus on providing essential products and quality services to our members and the surrounding community. These efforts are guided by cooperative values such as mutual benefit, member participation, and sustainable growth.

Trade in Goods and Services for a cooperative refers to the activities of buying, selling, and exchanging physical products (goods) and non-physical offerings (services), either among members or with external parties.

Goals of the Cooperative:

Member Empowerment – Enabling members to access markets and services. Profit Sharing – Profits from trading are distributed back to members. Collective Bargaining Power – The cooperative can secure better prices and terms.

Goods Traded:

The cooperative will buy, sell, and distribute the following products: Consumer goods: retail items, household necessities, clothing Agricultural inputs/produce: seeds, fertilizers, farming tools, crops Members’ crafts and products: handmade items, processed foods, textiles

Services Offered:

Logistics and delivery services for members’ goods Support for small businesses and agricultural activities Training and capacity building (e.g., financial literacy, product marketing) Repair and maintenance services (tools, vehicles, or machinery) Retail operations (minimarkets, kiosks, or online stores)

• Entitled to receive annual dividends and returns from the cooperative.
• Access to the cooperative’s loan facilities and financial services.
• Opportunities to take part in the cooperative’s activities and businesses.
• The right to vote and be heard at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
• Be part of a progressive cooperative community.

• A Malaysian citizen.
• Aged 18 and above.
• Agree to comply with the Cooperative’s By-Laws.
• Complete the membership application form.
