Koperasi Inspirasi Gemilang Pulau Pinang Berhad was officially registered under the relevant authorities in accordance with Malaysian cooperative regulations. Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia (SKM).
Organizational restructuring, the appointment of the Cooperative Board of Directors (CBD), and the formation of the cooperative’s governance structure.

Koperasi Inspirasi Gemilang Pulau Pinang Berhad was established as a a registered cooperative entity under the Malaysia Cooperative Commission (SKM). with the main objective of supporting the socio-economic development of its members and the local community in Penang.The cooperative was established by a group of individuals united by the values of cooperation, mutual assistance, and a commitment to enhancing community well-being through member-focused economic activities.
The main objectives of establishing this cooperative include:
Empowering members economically by providing services, business opportunities, and access to capital to improve their standard of living.
Enhancing community well-being through socially beneficial activities such as agricultural development, high-quality halal food production, and fair financial services.
